NE Kitchen Remodel

In this Northeast Portland Craftsman, we peeled back the layers of time, opening walls that once enclosed, and inviting in light and connection. With careful structural reinforcement discreetly integrated into the home's bones, we honored its architectural integrity while guiding it gently into the present. The reimagined space now breathes with possibility: an open kitchen that welcomes gathering, and a sun-dappled coffee nook.

Johns Landing Ameriprise

"When financial advisors in John’s Landing needed a modern workspace, we partnered with a local design studio to bring their vision to life. The layout features glass-enclosed private offices surrounding a central open-concept hub, promoting both transparency and collaboration. A custom louvered entry wall and stained exposed beams elevate the space with a sleek, contemporary feel. The buildout also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated copy and storage room for optimal functionality."

myoptic. What can we say we love this company. If you are not familiar with them make yourself. We had the pleasure of building out the Sellwood location complete with all the custom fixtures. We then refreshed the fixtures in both other locations to match.

NW PDX Ameriprise

This financial advisor wanted a new office that really showcased all the things she loves. The design concept was created by Big giant with custom mural by Garage 31. We added a custom tongue and groove Oregon Black Walnut accent wall to go with all her custom furniture we created! By far one of our favorite jobs to date.

Block Construction PDX came to be in November of 2016. Zachary Burrowes a native Portlander has been working as a project manager, builder and a master carpenter in Portland for over 26 years. Amber Burrowes has over 20 years of experience in art, sales and business management.
